Supreme Decree 100
What is Decree 100?
It is a rule that was published by the Ministry of the Secretary General to the Presidency in August 2006, and which sets the basic guidelines for creating Government websites.
Why does it exist?
Decree 100 exists because it was necessary to ensure that Internet users, and especially Government website users, could freely access information on the Web.
What are its requirements?
The Supreme Decree states that Chilean Government websites must comply with the following.
